MENU SUGGESTIONS: 

Typical SPRING Menu $50/pp                 

Primo: Spinach Frittata                 Secondo: Chicken w/Marsala Wine           Insalata Misto                                                                    

Pasta Presto! $50/pp

We'll start with an appetizer then concentrate on handmade ravioli with wild mushroom filling in a brown butter and pinenut sauce.             

Italian Menu del Giorno  $50/pp 

Summer Fantasy salad then pasta with peas & pancetta followed by Cannoli dessert.                                                                                                                      Your Choice Menu  $50-65/pp

If you have an idea for a menu that you would like for your group, we can customize your 4-course event to your specifications.

Cancellation Policy:  Your registration is a commitment to attend the class. Classes are non-refundable. Any changes must be made at least ten days prior to the class for a transfer to another class on a space-available basis. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline or request a copy of the recipes.
