Many dishes that I prepared in Italy did not make it to America. I wanted to share these secret recipes with folks back home, so some years ago I began taking groups to Italy for cooking tours. Today I teach the cooking of Italy in my kitchen or yours, the same way I was taught, sharing my experience that the simple, organic and authentic Italian dishes can easily be made in your own kitchen.

Taste of Italy Cooking classes started in 2006 by word of mouth and continues today with success.
Carol has travelled throughout Italy for many years mainly to study the Italian language but has also collected recipes along the way from her Italian family and friends in Italy. Whenever possible, she took advantage of cooking courses and was also invited into restaurants to cook with the chefs. What fun!
